On request players must be available (not to exceed 1 hour in total) on the day prior to their first scheduled singles or doubles match of the tournament. At Grand Prix Gold tournament, it is a condition of entry that each player must be willing to give on-court interviews for television immediately after a match whether the match has been won or lost, and to attend a post-match press conference on request.
Organizer has the right to make photos, film material or any other image taken during events.
Video recording within the competition venue is only permitted by accredited players and team officials of participating Member Associations, from clearly defined positions using video accreditation passes. There a limited number of these positions and passes available, and prior authorisation must be obtained in advance from the tournament (email@example.com). Accreditation must be clearly displayed on the cameras.
